In act 3 we see this in Macbeth when him and his wife have guest over, and sees the ghost of Banquo While lady Macbeth it trying to keep him at least part sane, so the he doesn't scare there guest off. But that doesnt seam to work because Macbeth starts interacting with the ghost and lady Macbeth asks her guest to please excuse themselves.

Yes, I agree because if had of played it off or like danced or something. But he's really looking weird and giving out hints that he is not intending to do. Whats done in the dark will be brought to light, and he is shining his light really bright right about now.

Imagine how the guest felt?! Very awkward watching a "MAN" loose his mind.
