It's something we all have to do :)
In some ways yes he has redeemed himself. Its something that sometimes it takes longer, and alot of effot. Even if it causes someone to do things for themselves, to make themselves feel good or better for something that they did or didn't do. Yes, there .is room for everyone to redeem themselves. Its never too late unless you die. Like Noonan said, EVERYONE that does something feels good about it afterwards.

I agree, redeeming yourself doesnt always have to be a bad thing. At the end of the day, amir is helping out sohrab and taking him in his own hands.
