The characteristics of an effective leader are, always being on time, never giving up, being prepared, taking any challenge, and always helping others that need to be helped. I consider most of the senior class to be leaders because we all fit these characteristics. We always help each other and the grades that are younger than us. The seniors class also is always taking a challenge, especially now with all the college applications and things we are about to begin.

I strongly agree :D we're always there for each other at any time of the day. We probably share a little toooo much though. But thats okay, that shows how much we love eachother :p
