there are many types of characteristics about a leader. there are leaders who are loud and outspoken. then there are other types of leaders who are more quiet and timid, but know what their doing and help other people out. they don't have to be loud and outspoken and outgoing like other leaders. as long as they know what their doing and have that motivation to keep doing good, they can lead others. a leader is someone who has good determination and motivation in everything they do. someone who is kind, helpful, and is well known for great things.

ReplyDeleteA leader does have to speak out, they have to let their people know; their ideas, plans ect. Other wise, how would people know things? get me? and like Jaz said then the leaders will never be heard.
But a leader can also show it through their actions. some people speak through their actions!
