Ancient/classical literature

Mines on ancient classical literature and how rumi's poem the elephant in the dark...and me personally I feel the time period was some what slow but it did change how ancient literature was such as types of writing plays and poetry like drama and writing styles. as well as rumi's writing changed over the years as he was influenced by a close friend that latter was killed by rumi's own son. Though it was very unfortunate but it was because of that one lose that inspired him to write thousands of poetry which happen to be the ones he was well known for. He also wrote a book or story of some sort but I can't really remember but I do know that he is well known for that by Many and also relates to his religion which inspired others but like I said I really can't remember at the.
