An effective leader in my opinion is someone who does what they know is right. To not be afraid of what their peers may feel or say about them. A person who is not afraid to stand alone and stand up for what is right. A leader is also going to make mistakes, but if they can admit that they were wrong and learn from their mistakes, then that is a true leader. We can't expect everyone to be perfect, but a leader would own up to their mistakes.
One of my friends, in my opinion, is a very good leader. She has made mistakes but has also own up to what she had done wrong. She has flaws just like the rest of us but to still continue to stand up and say what's right makes her unique! :)
You're right aerial :) you may say crazy things all the time, but your right :P we all have to own up our mistakes as leaders and take responsibility for our own actions.
