What are the characteristics of an effective leader? Whom do you consider to be a leader? Why?
There are many things that are consider to be a leader. To me it means someone who is strong, polite, funny, smart, and has the courage to stand up for whats right and wrong. Someone who knows the different between a good decision and a bad one. Someone who does not follow the crowd and has a mind of there own. A leader is someone who does there best no matter what. Someone who does good deeds knowing there's not going to be a reward at the en of the day. I considered to be a leader is my father. Hes a hard worker puts hes family before anything. Strong, and has a lot of courage.
I agree with you i also consider my dad to be a leader for your same reasons. The one I can agree with is when you said that he puts his family first before anything. That is something i admire of him.
