A leader?
I believe an effective leader is someone whose patient yet strong enough to tell someone where to go when they know things aren't right.Someone who knows what exactly they are fighting for, and someone who knows when to shut up and let others state their opinions/remarks/beliefs/world view, instead of butting in every 2 seconds to say something against it. Guys, People have different opinions/beliefs/views on different matters. Build a damn bridge and please, get over it. :)

I like her point about someone who know's what they're fighting for; many people try to be leaders and yet don't exactly know why they're doing what they're are doing. that person may stray from his or her true motivation so it's always good to stay focused.
