My definition of success is a person who achieves everything that he or she has been working towards. In order for me to be successful I will do everything I possibly could or am willing to do to get where I want to be, besides stepping over people. Some people go to an extreme in attempting to be successful and hurt others or themselves in the process, they should learn that the best success is personal success. This type of success is what comes from within and is what is the known to be the best type. My favorite quote on success:

"The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather in a lack of will."
