ReplyDeleteI somewhat agree with "Eve", i would have left, but just not with a guy, she is old enough to be independent and start off on her own. On the other hand i do get where she is coming from, its the guilt she feels if she were to walk away no her family. And she probably feels even more guilty if she were to break her mums promise..

family always comes first..
This could be an example of modern literature because it can interconnect with the world..like people can relate to it.
It has conflict a setting, characterization, theme and a point if view.
