The color of water "faith and religion"

Faith and religion play a big part in the book "The color of water" because in faith James mom will do anything for her kids to get they need. She will do anything. She protects them. Most importantly she tries for all her children to attend a school where her kids dont need to be criticize . Religion also plays a big part for example James mother explains that God does not have a race and that he is the color of water.

    I agree because Rachel does anything for her kids because of her strong faith and religion. Shes a strong person cause of how she sticks up for her kids
