Eveline You So Crazy

The eternal conflict in Eveline is that she wanted to leave home to be with Frank, but she didn't know what to do because she made a promise to her mother that she would not leave them and family come first. Now she does not have any life but to take care of her family. Until one day Frank fell in love with her and wanted to take her away from her family to see the world and not to look back at her home. Then Eveline realize she was not in love with Frank and didn't want to leave her family. I do not agree with her choice because she been through a lot and should not be sad all the time and being abuse by her father. She should had left with Frank and started a new life with herself. This short story is an example for Modern Literature it explain about pain and losing someone special. That's why Eveline feel alone and don't have anyone to help or guide her.
