What is the internal conflict in "Eveline"? Do you agree with her choice? Explain. How is this short story an example of Modern Literature?
The conflict in this story is how basically her life is messed up. And she doesn't have many people in her life to turn to. The choice she made i think was a dumb choice but then again she was stil going to be alone and not have much. If I was her i would just have left and started a new life and tried to meet people. The story is an example because she made her own choices even though her choices weren't good ones.
I agree she shoulda got her ass outa there lol but for real because you never know what her father will do next. Plush she would be happier.
